1Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Cut the baguette into 1/2-inch slices and place on a baking sheet . Drizzle with 1 tablespoon olive oil and a pinch of salt and black pepper . 2Meanwhile, bring a pot of water to a boil with a large pinch of salt. Add the edamame to the boiling water and cook until bright green and heated through, ⏱️ 1-2 minutes .
